Storm window cleaning
Storms are an additional removable piece of glass on the exterior of your window. Storms are normally made of aluminum or wood. You can have one or two storms per window.

Storm window pricing

Removable aluminum storms:		$1.00 per piece
Removable wood storms:		$2.00 per piece
Note:		removable storms that are screwed or clipped on are$4.00 each
Second level large overhead storms:		$10.00 to $20.00 to remove clean and reinstall
Pella type windows with, or without, blinds in between:		$3.00 each (we do not clean the blinds)
Picture window storms:		$5.00 to $10.00 each

Screen pricing
Screens are normally made of aluminum or wood. You can have one or two screens per window.

Removable aluminum screens:		$1.00 per piece
Removable wood screens:		$2.00 per piece

Track/frame pricing
Tracks are the grooves that the window will slide in (up and down or side to side), while frames are the exterior metal or wood surrounding the glass.

Tracks:		$2.00 to $4.00 per window, depending on size
Frames:		$2.00 to $4.00 per window, depending on size

Decorative style window pricing
A decorative style window has a non-removable grid, or divider. Sometimes known as colonial or french windows.

Decorative windows:		add $1.00 per window for outside only.
Decorative windows:		add $2.00 per window when inside and outside is done.
Decorative windows:		add $.50 per window to remove grids, as long as they are removable.

Skylight pricing

Inside and outside skylights:		$10.00 each
Outside skylights:		$5.00 each

Window well pricing

Window wells:

$10.00 to $20.00 each, depending on size

Porches, sunrooms, atriums, gazebos and greenhouses pricing
Porches, sunrooms, atriums, gazebos and greenhouses are additional and we will quote on site.
